Coming Soon: MAC Rocky Horror Collection

Hello my beautiful readers, I hope you are all having a lovely weekend.  This past week MAC cosmetics released details about their new upcoming collection for this Fall season, The Rocky Horror Picture Show Collection. 


To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Rocky Horror Picture show mac is releasing a 21 piece collection. 

"The Rocky Horror Picture Show kicks off the celebration of its 40th anniversary in wild style with an untamed MAC collaboration, featuring an outrageous collection of hues and products specially designed to recreate the looks of your favorite characters from the 1975 cult classic film. Transform yourself into a sex-swapping mad scientist, heroic newlywed, alien from Transylvania or even the time-warped Riff Raff, with an orgy of color worthy of any midnight mayhem at The Frankenstein Place.”




The collection is available on the US MAC website from the 29th of September, it is available in US store's from the 2nd October and it will be available internationally in October 2014.

Lipsticks and Lip Pencil
  • Strange Journey: Yellowish brick red (matte lipstick)
  • Oblivion Vivid: bluish-red (amplified lipstick) 
  • Sin: Deep dark blue red  (permanent matte lipstick)
  • Frank-N-Furter: Deep raspberry wine (matte lipstick)
  • Vino: Intense violet purple (permanent lip liner)

Riff-Raff Eyeshadow Palette (limited edition palette)

  • Oh, Rocky!!! Soft muted white with pearl (Frost finish)
  • Graphic Style: Deep silver (repromoted shade, veluxe pearl finish)
  • Blackberry: Muted burgundy-plum brown (permanent shade, matte finish)

It is safe to say that I want to purchase everything in this collection but I unfortunately do not have the money to do that. :( So seeing as I don't have all the money in the world the couple of items that I would love to purchase from the collection are the 3 limited edition lipsticks and the eyeshadow palette. I do have one little bone to pick with MAC though and that is, why is there nothing named Magenta?


What is your opinion on this collection is it a hit or a miss?

Coming Soon || Hourglass Eyeshadow Palettes

Hello my beautiful friends, I hope you are all having a lovely Friday. A few days ago I found out that Hourglass are going to be releasing 7 new eyeshadow palettes so I thought to myself I should share these details with you all.  Each of the palettes is going to contain 5 eyeshadows and will have a mixture of shimmer and matte shadows. From the picture's that I have seen the palette style is exactly same as the Ambient Lighting and Ambient Lighting Blush palette, the price of eyeshadow palettes is also the same as the Ambient Lighting palettes, $58.   The palette's... . Hello everyone and a bit about me

Hello my beautiful reades and welcome to my blog. For my very first post I thought why not introduce myself and tell you a bit more about myself. So my name is Leona, I am 26 years old and I was born and raised in Scotland.
