Sunday Snaps || My Life in Picture's June & July 2015

Hello my beautiful readers and Happy Sunday!

For today's blog post I thought I would do a My Life in Picture's post seeing as we have now entered a new month. Every photo featured in this blog post is taken from my instagram (@leonacrohnslife) so if you don't want to wait for these life in picture's post you can follow me on there.

Owning a cat means nothing belong to you anymore, lol -- The cat life -- My new art supplies!!!! Sketching pencils, charcoal, watercolour paints, watercolour paper and paint brushes -- Trying to clean a cat leg with poo on it ended up with me being bitten and hissed at by Miss Snowball -- So yesterday I purchased my first ever iPhone. I have gone over to the dark side, lol -- New skincare purchases from Debenhams. Trilogy Mineral Radiance Mask, Lancôme Bi-facil eye makeup remover, Clarins Water Comfort One-Step Cleanser and Eye Contour Balm -- My very first iPhone is up and running so the question is what apps do I need to get -- About to open up all of my new watercolour paints. Will post a picture when they are all opened -- Today dysphagia suitable meal is homemade puréed Spanish Meatball Stew with mash potatoes -- My current read at the moment is Call the Midwife by Jennifer Worth -- Weather has been really pants this week so I decided to paint my nails a summery colour to cheer myself up -- My mum bought me a lovely gift -- All the hair that I have left. A side effect of Crohn's -- Feel like utter poo. I am feverish and I also have a stupid headache since yesterday hence the reason why I am sitting in a darkened room -- It may taste disgusting but it is my best friend at the moment -- People with IBD and ostomys are at greater risk of getting dehydrated in this weather. If you are struggling to stay hydrated then try taking something like Dioralyte or isotonic drinks

It's been a while since I posted a pic of Miss Snowball -- Homemade Oven-baked Ratatouille and sausages -- Not sure what red mark is but if Crohn's is starting to effect my skin I going to be seriously pissed off -- My new jewellery making tools -- Time to change Mr stinky -- My current read is Dodger by Terry Pratchett. I wanted to read this because I love anything that has an Oliver Twist theme -- I always find that watching a sleeping cat so relaxing -- My new books arrived from Amazon today! -- Today I received a really lovely card and gift card from a dear friend. Having Crohn's is a terrible thing but it has allowed me to meet some wonderful people. Without these friendships I would be completely lost, sometimes there is advantages to being a spoonie -- What a nosy little bugger, lol. At least someone is finding this packing up the house fun -- My very first mode of transport, lol. Unfortunately we can not take it to the new house. -- Stop taking pictures of me mom I am trying to get some sleep -- Say hello to one of best friends Mr Ondansetron also known as Zofran. I would be up s**t creek without a paddle if I didn't have these anti-sickness meds

Okay everyone that's it for today's blog post, thank you very much for reading and until my next post remember to stay happy and positive.

Just because you have a chronic illness, cancer, scars, an ostomy,
a hickmen line, a picc line, a feeding tube or have had an amputation, it
does not mean that you are not a beautiful person.
